The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer works with the Coordination team under the PEAL department and is responsible for managing the entire data lifecycle, including collection, management, storage, analysis, reporting, innovations, and development, as well as facilitating learning and exchange of information.
They will work with the Coordination unit under the PEAL department in implementing all Planning, Evaluation, and Learning activities, primarily focusing on managing data collection, cleaning, aggregation, and storage. The officer will be in plan responsible for planning and coordinating field surveys, training, and supervising field contractors during surveys while working together with the other PEAL units in developing and updating data collection and aggregation tools to aid data quality improvement and routine checks. He/she will ensure efficient data collection processes to achieve quality data within the organization.
The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
