Before a project begins, we conduct household mapping, baseline surveys, and needs assessments. The evidence we gather shapes village designs, identifies priority needs, and ensures interventions are targeted and efficient.
Our field teams use our Implementation App, a central part of Venn, to know which households to visit, what to coach and what to track. Daily visits monitor adoption across 100% of partner families, and data flows back to teams for quick course correction.
Every year, we conduct an Annual Household Survey with a longitudinal design. We track households for up to 60 months to measure changes in income, production, assets, health and various other indicators.
We use randomized, stratified sampling to ensure representation of women-headed, youth-headed, and joint-headed households. Sampled households are selected at baseline and followed for the full five-year period.
Data is collected electronically with built-in logic checks, GPS validation, and supervisor reviews. Independent enumerators are trained to follow strict data protection protocols. Backchecks, callbacks, and other audits maintain accuracy.
We apply predictive and prescriptive models, vulnerability assessments, and program scorecards to anticipate risks and guide resource allocation. This helps us refine the model continuously.
